Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend expense targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
Develop and maintain control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
Produce financial models incorporating assumptions and risks to support business decisions and presentations.
Partner with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives.
Oversee budgeting processes and provide insights on historical trends and future forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
Strong skills in variance analysis, month-end closing, and commercial finance processes.
Ability to develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management.
Expertise in managing complex control structures and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI, to enhance reporting transparency.
