About this role
Role Overview
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
- Develop and maintain control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
- Produce financial models incorporating assumptions and risks to support business decisions and presentations.
- Partner with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives.
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide insights on historical trends and future forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Strong skills in variance analysis, month-end closing, and commercial finance processes.
- Ability to develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management.
- Expertise in managing complex control structures and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI, to enhance reporting transparency.
