About this role

Partner with WMT US Commercial Finance teams to support planning, forecasting, and performance management
Drive financial planning cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Perform variance analysis, cost center analysis, and provide actionable insights on risks & opportunities
Build financial models and support P&L management, consolidation, and reporting
Lead stakeholder discussions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
Ensure compliance, process governance, and continuous improvement in FP&A processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage technology (SAP, Power-BI, GenAI tools) for finance transformation

CA with 5–6 years of relevant FP&A experience (mandatory)
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Proven experience in stakeholder management with global teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience in AI, financial systems (SAP/Hyperion/Essbase/OneStream), Power-BI and advanced Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment
