Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments, change orders, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by establishing performance standards and managing contractor adherence.
Manage multiple construction projects, coordinating schedules, and resolving conflicts.
Monitor site progress and quality to meet design specifications and resolve outstanding issues.
Lead and develop teams through training, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years’ experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
Extensive experience in construction and project management, including budget oversight and contract administration.
Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams to achieve performance goals.
Expertise in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution within complex project environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial management, scheduling, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
