About this role

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using various tools like EIBs, Workday Connectors, RaaS, WECI, and APIs.
Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors efficiently.
Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integration touchpoints.
Provide guidance on integration best practices to non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday integrations.
Strong working knowledge of RaaS and hands-on experience with WECI.
Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
Deep understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
Expertise in EIBs (inbound/outbound) and Workday Connectors (including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent analytical skills.
