Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory
Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites
Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business
Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives
Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools
Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement
Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training
3+ years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction roles
Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
