Hit or beat budget financial targets and grow market shares.
Ensure excellent stewardship of brand plans and deliver outstanding monthly business and plan reports to the board.
Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of high performance and support.
Lead the annual strategy review and quarterly updates on brand plans.
Ensure marketing budget compliance and optimization.
Work seamlessly with other teams to drive business success.
Inspire and oversee our “Consumer is Boss” plan, maintaining regular connections with our consumers.
