Work collaboratively with the Safety & Quality Plan team to lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the management system
Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization
Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
Leads the development of organizational metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the Safety & Quality Plan organization
Improve organizational integration and visibility through a robust communication plan and integration with internal and external stakeholders
Partner with executives, senior managers, and program liaisons to shape and compile critical supplier, program, customer, and leadership presentations or messaging
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project or program management
5+ years developing executive presentations and presenting to senior executives
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions
