Role Overview
- Create organizational standards for use across WS
- Ensure clear project overview and status content is readily available for WS leaders
- Manage milestones and tasks for all WS PMO activities
- Provide strategic support to the leadership team
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Drive strategic planning processes and track progress against goals
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting executive effectiveness
- Lead special projects as assigned by the executive leadership
- Act as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Identify and lead process improvements across WS activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- 5+ years of experience Integrated Project Management
- 5+ years of experience with project management and/or office administration
- 5+ years of experience establishing, improving and reinforcing functional discipline
- 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
