Role Overview
- Support and advise on corporate matters and on acts related to the life of companies
- Restructurings: mergers and demergers (splits)
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of patient clientele (medical practice sales)
- Continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law (equivalent to BAC+5) with a specialization in business law
- Significant experience in a law firm or in accounting practice
- Familiarity with taxation is a plus
- Ability to work in a team
