Run customer interviews, define problems and value, and prepare feature concepts and documentation using predefined AI tools for documentation and automation
Get business sign-off on feature concepts and write initial tickets
Lead on market research, data analysis, and road mapping
Research and validate amendments and improvements to existing products
Deliver low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, user stories, and user journeys using rapid prototyping and AI-assisted design tools
Collaborate with designers so they can kick off UX/UI work
Accept or reject features during testing and acceptance
Classify live issue severity and decide between a hotfix or a planned fix
Define expected outcomes for planned fixes
Ensure timely delivery of solutions in collaboration with other team members
Bring products from ideation to live
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a product management role
Strong experience with SaaS platforms, and already shipped at least one product
Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted design, and AI-powered documentation and automation
Experience in Agile product management
Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics and KPIs
Creative problem solver who thinks outside the box
Experience or strong interest in working within the technology industry
Passionate about making an impact on users' lives
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with wireframing and designing user flows and journeys
Experience in FinTech is a plus
