Senior Product Manager

Joblet-AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a major product area. The role involves driving strategy, prioritization, and execution across multiple engineering teams to ensure impactful product development.

Responsibilities:

• Own roadmap and strategy for a major product area
• Lead discovery, validation, and definition for new initiatives
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams from spec to launch
• Define and own the success metrics for your area
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product practice
• Communicate vision and progress to leadership and the broader team

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product management shipping software at scale
• Track record of owning meaningful product areas with measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including PRD craft
• Experience working with senior engineering and design partners
• Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguity to outcomes
• Curiosity to dig into systems and turn findings into shipped improvements
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions
• A test-and-learn mindset; you ship fast, measure, and iterate
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
