About this role
Role Overview
Provide area clinical and operational leadership for Rendevor's skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis programs
Ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Oversee daily operations, clinical performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple facilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Rendevor leadership, clinical teams, and partner facilities
Drive outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across assigned area
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all facilities
Provide direct clinical support only when contingency plans fail
Work directly with Clinical Services to establish a clinical compliance and quality culture
Identify critical risk areas and work with Clinical Services to mitigate risk
Maintain oversight of all clinical audits
Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
Conduct monthly clinical audits of patient charts and infection control practices
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing staff
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred
Ability to travel frequently and adjust schedule as needed
CPR AHA BLS certification
5+ years of dialysis experience with at least 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory capacity
Prior experience managing dialysis services in the post-acute or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of CMS, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and state regulatory requirements for ESRD and SNF dialysis programs
Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective action plans
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and support geographically dispersed teams
