About this role

Support industrial design initiatives
Develop product specifications and manage BOM structures
Manage change management processes to ensure product lifecycle quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver on project objectives
Drive continuous improvements across products and operations
Perform 3D modelling and create technical drawings
Translate product requirements into specifications and engineering tasks
Build and maintain eBOMs and ensure accurate PIM data

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in 3D CAD modelling and PDM/PLM systems (preferably Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar)
A strong understanding of materials and product development
Experience within the ceramic components industry, ceramic manufacturing or related valve technologies is considered a plus.
Experience with PIM systems and eBOM management tools is also beneficial
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards within CFW product areas
Hands-on experience in testing and prototyping is an advantage.
