Build, scale, and govern high-value data products
Transform raw data into a sophisticated semantic layer for business intelligence and AI initiatives
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data
Contribute to the design of secure data architectures
Implement data quality controls and metadata management
Monitor and tune data platforms for performance
Participate in code reviews and documentation

3–5 years of professional experience in data engineering or related role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related quantitative field
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling techniques (Dimensional, Star Schema)
Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and orchestration tools (dbt or Airflow)
Strong experience with various RDBMS platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker)
Understanding of data versioning and schema evolution within a distributed environment
