About this role
Role Overview
- Lead a blended/onshore-offshore team to design, build, and support PMO tooling solutions
- Own the Jira platform for program delivery—configuration and administration of projects and workflows
- Define reporting and insight needs with senior executives
- Design and implement data standards and controls for PMO tooling
- Drive integrations and automation across platforms
- Develop and execute tool rollout, training, and adoption plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in transformation delivery tooling
- Deep expertise in Jira and familiarity with Confluence and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Project/Program Management certification(s) considered an asset
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Prior consulting experience with demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage stakeholders.
