Provides high quality inputs into the Data & AI strategy ensuring alignment between Business and Group Data & AI strategies.
Coordinating and collaborating to create core materials digestible by the Group.
Act as the primary Front Door interface with Labs and delivery teams.
Assess incoming requests and initiatives through a strategic lens, considering platform priorities, data issues, dependencies, and organisational objectives.
Key lead in complex and cross lab requests.
Review customer satisfaction feedback and insight data.
Identify recurring themes, trends, and areas of concern or opportunity.
Communicate with clarity, confidence and structure, tailoring messages to different audiences.
Lead or facilitate lab surgeries, presenting work with clear business, data, and strategic context.
Collaborating across the team on activities and initiatives to develop our team culture.
Requirements
