Play an essential supporting role within our P&C team
Contribute to global People operations that cover the full employee life cycle
Partner with the wider team to ensure seamless execution of processes while maintaining compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies worldwide
Support onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation
Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate employee files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing and coordinating monthly payroll data
Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and ticket resolution
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) in English
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A proactive and self-driven approach to work, with a proven ability to take initiative
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and a strong understanding of professional ethics and company policies
