Role Overview
- Review, draft, and negotiate various natural gas transportation agreements
- Collaborate with regulatory personnel on pipeline transportation matters
- Ensure company compliance with FERC regulations
- Conduct legal research and draft routine documents on FERC issues
- Support regulatory reporting compliance and interpret tariffs
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Bar of at least one state
- Minimum of 2-3 years of legal experience
- Highly developed skills in issue identification, analysis, and resolution
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-directed with the ability to quickly assimilate role and responsibilities
- Proficiency in word processing and legal research tools
