Requirements
- Qualified lawyer; admission to the bar preferred
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in transactional/commercial law
- Excellent academic record and professional qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Diplomacy and flexibility in dealing with different levels of seniority
