Collaborate with project stakeholders to align cross-functional processes and drive delivery of project objectives
Establish and maintain robust project structures aligned with PMO governance standards
Develop clear, measurable success criteria for project execution and track progress against established KPIs
Manage project level updates for programme reviews and contribute to Steerco and executive-level materials
Adjust project delivery approaches in response to evolving business priorities
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Assist the PMO Programme Manager in executing portfolio management responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Experience using project management best practice i.e. Prince 2 methodology
Experience working with Product teams using agile frameworks
An analytical, innovative and creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience in supporting and delivering projects, ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across various teams and time zones
Strong communicator who can drive cross-workstream collaboration
Demonstrates an understanding of business processes making recommendations for improvement
Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet and MS Office applications
