About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for payroll: You ensure the timely preparation, processing and payment of salaries for Wander AG (Switzerland) and Wander GmbH (Germany), and record all changes (payroll data, allowances, deductions).
Interfaces: You are responsible for professional coordination with relevant interfaces such as time tracking, pension fund administration and financial accounting.
Social insurance settlements: You prepare, check and monitor settlements with AHV, ALV, EO, SUVA, FAK and withholding tax.
Employee contact: You are the first point of contact for questions about pay and social insurance and answer them competently and clearly.
Planning & analysis: You prepare payroll data for budgets, projections and salary reviews, and produce salary statements.
Statistics & reports: You prepare personnel and payroll data statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
Time management: You are responsible for the time management system and will have the opportunity to introduce a new time-tracking system.
Requirements
Professional background: You have a commercial apprenticeship and further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist.
Work experience: You bring several years of experience in a comparable role and have sound knowledge of employment law and pension matters.
IT affinity: You have very good Excel skills and ideally experience with Abacus.
Language skills: You communicate fluently and accurately in German and have good English skills.
Working style & personality: You work precisely, reliably and with a service mindset, handle sensitive data discreetly and communicate clearly and openly.
