Role Overview
- Lead the multidisciplinary design of complex projects
- Coordinate all engineering disciplines and facilitate design reviews
- Ensure consistency of deliverables and alignment of contributors
- Lead design governance with the client
- Implement and manage project tracking tools
- Monitor key indicators (quality, schedule, costs)
- Build and maintain design/study schedules
- Anticipate blockers and secure interfaces between disciplines
- Manage communications with external partners
Requirements
- Engineering degree (electrical, HVAC, generalist, building/civil) or equivalent
- Significant experience in engineering / project management on complex projects
- Strong technical background in Data Centers
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable in an international environment and experienced in leading workshops
- Professional proficiency in French and English (B2)
- Knowledge of BIM (Revit/Navisworks) and/or Design & Build / EPC(EPCM) environments is a plus
