Serve as the strategic guardian of execution and compliance for the district team;
Team leadership (recruitment, development and retention);
Team development should occur through periodic field visits with the central objective of providing coaching to direct reports and documenting it in the District Coaching Tool (DCT);
Key competencies to be developed with the team for full performance in the role include: Technical Knowledge, Emotional Intelligence, Market Analysis, Access Pathways – Public and Private, VBS Sales Technique, and Strategic Execution;
Possess technical knowledge of oncology products and the patient journey, and effectively communicate key messages and strategies related to promoted products to increase promotional effectiveness of the team;
Develop strategic alliances with external stakeholders (HCPs, Key Opinion Leaders and Medical Societies);
Interact with all company functions to optimize resources and results for the organization;
Manage your team’s physician panel and ensure direct reports meet KPIs;
Plan and manage the execution of action plans aimed at generating demand for the promoted brands;
Consult and use sales productivity data (SPP) to build the district’s promotional execution strategy;
Manage/plan the use of financial resources allocated to the district, controlling and approving operational expenses;
Ensure accurate allocation of resources in compliance with Lilly policies and applicable legislation; actively contribute in business meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in business and/or people management will be considered a plus);
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical market (prior experience as a sales representative or in management positions related to promotional activities will be considered a plus);
Intermediate level of English;
Preferably based in the city of São Paulo, SP;
Availability to travel;
Previous experience managing an oncology business unit will be considered a plus.
