You will be responsible for the general ledger accounting for Doctor.de and our subsidiaries – including accounts receivable / accounts payable reconciliations
You will perform account reconciliations across general and sub-ledgers, provisions and accruals independently and reliably
You will reconcile intercompany items and proactively report any discrepancies to our Head of Accounting
You will manage the complete payment process independently up to final authorization
You will support month-end and year-end closings in accordance with HGB and work closely with our Head of Accounting
You will actively contribute to the integration of newly acquired medical practices into our finance processes
You will participate in a variety of accounting projects and drive continuous improvements

You have a completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting, or an equivalent qualification
You have several years of professional experience in accounting
You feel comfortable in a startup environment and have a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
You are analytically strong and very confident working with numbers and relevant tools
You are proficient in DATEV and ideally familiar with tools like Candis, Pleo or similar cloud solutions
You have good knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB & IFRS)
You possess strong social and communication skills and are valued as a team player
You work proactively, in a goal-oriented and structured manner
You are comfortable with periods of high workload
Fluent conversational German and English are not a problem for you.
