Lead & Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, banquet captains and frontline associates
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
Ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
Manage performance & financials, assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Train, mentor, and support associates to grow their skills and careers
Maintain strong communication through meetings, logs, and daily touchpoints.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED + 4 years of F&B or hospitality experience OR Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality or related field + 2 years of experience
