Working within our UK & International Sales Operations
Supporting the sales organization in the operational execution of sales
Help enhance our customers overall experience
Help develop our customer account base alongside the wider sales operations function
Inspire co-workers to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and our sales community
Responsible for supporting the full end to end order process
Liaise with various levels of stakeholders, including but not limited to internal business units, external vendors, suppliers and customers
Suggesting and supporting initiatives that drive improvements to the way we operate
Requirements
Proven track record of working in an administrative function within a fast paced international organisation
Ability to follow a defined business process but with the curiosity, wanting to understand the Why?
Strong understanding and experience of the sales process
Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units
Experience in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools
Credible, motivated, and accountable individual with an appreciation for building meaningful and lasting relationships, combined with a desire and ability to “win hearts and minds”.
Confident yet humble in their approach.
