Provide key leadership with regard to power and control systems
Primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control systems
Provide input to develop and manage power and control standards
Lead the execution of the site masterplan for power and controls systems
Build and maintain a sustainable system for plant Electrical & Instrumentation technicians skill development
Ensure technician compliance to local and national regulator codes
Responsible for validation of the MES data from PLCs
Support plant Process Engineers in conditioning PLC data
Identify losses, and develop plans and strategies to eliminate them
Own Key Elements for systems related to power and control system
Collaborate with leadership on selection and installation of new equipment
Serve as project manager for initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
2 years of controls or electrical engineering experience
Understanding of machine and/or process control hardware, instrumentation and software (ex: Allen Bradley PLC, ControlLogix, Wonderware HMI, Rockwell FactoryTalk)
Prior manufacturing experience
Mechanical and electrical experience in food manufacturing
Motoman robotics or similar automation experience
Working knowledge of NFPA and OSHA guidelines related to electrical equipment and practices
