In this role, you will work closely with the Finance teams and interface directly with stakeholders to improve the user billing journey and experience.
You will implement strategies to improve the user billing experience and support product and business teams with new billing models.
You will own the product roadmap for User Billing, Taxation, Invoicing, and Accounting.
Together with the technical leadership, you will implement and deliver solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work closely with an amazing team, and help them speed up their learning curve.
Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions, as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance.
Build and clearly communicate your product vision, reviews, and the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps.
Work closely with data, experiments, product design, and engineering teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products.
Create OKRs, goals, metrics, and track their progress.
Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and processes.
Manage our backlog and lead meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and designers.

Requirements
4+ years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
You are very organized, communicate clearly, and know how to keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner.
You dominate numbers and know how to extract valuable insights from data to make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
Collaborative and approachable, being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
Experience with billing, payments, and finance systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
An engineering/software development background is a plus
