Staff Product Manager – Billing, Payments

Role Overview

• In this role, you will work closely with the Finance teams and interface directly with stakeholders to improve the user billing journey and experience.
• You will implement strategies to improve the user billing experience and support product and business teams with new billing models.
• You will own the product roadmap for User Billing, Taxation, Invoicing, and Accounting.
• Together with the technical leadership, you will implement and deliver solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
• You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work closely with an amazing team, and help them speed up their learning curve.
• Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions, as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance.
• Build and clearly communicate your product vision, reviews, and the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
• Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps.
• Work closely with data, experiments, product design, and engineering teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products.
• Create OKRs, goals, metrics, and track their progress.
• Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and processes.
• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
• Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
• You are very organized, communicate clearly, and know how to keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner.
• You dominate numbers and know how to extract valuable insights from data to make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
• Collaborative and approachable, being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with billing, payments, and finance systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
• An engineering/software development background is a plus
