Lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites, with opportunities to support broader regional and global initiatives
Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and supply reliability
Develop and execute category strategies that improve quality, service, innovation, and sustainability performance
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify supply risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure continuity of supply
Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation through structured sourcing and negotiation activities
Build strong, collaborative supplier relationships, including performance management and continuous improvement
Champion sustainability, compliance, and ESG initiatives across the supplier base

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment
Experience working in regulated industries and complex supply chains preferred
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
Confident communicator with a results‑driven, resilient, and improvement‑focused mindset
