- Supporting our Procurement Specialist
- Completing the back-end process of European procurement
- Opening Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Order Processing
- Payment Tracking and Management
- Invoice Processing and Verification
- Optimize and improve the procurement process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Classify and organize various quotations
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making
Requirements
- A study background in Procurement/purchasing, logistics, supply chain and other related majors (highly preferred)
- Good data analysis skills, able to find problems through data and make optimization suggestions
- Strong Chinese and English reading and writing skills, and be able to handle daily procurement-related English emails and documents
