About this role
Role Overview
You will work closely with the C&B Manager and the Transformation & Reward Director to:
Prepare the annual compensation review process: manage data extraction, data cleaning and validation, supervise tool preparation, and prepare presentation materials for stakeholders.
Prepare salary survey submissions with our benchmarking providers; extract and analyze data to support the update and consolidation of salary grids; and respond to internal salary benchmark requests.
Conduct studies and analyses to assess internal equity; prepare mandatory reporting such as the gender pay gap index (indice égalité professionnelle) and CSR-related compensation reports; and work on the implementation of the pay transparency directive.
Contribute to bonus consolidation and the payment cycle; provide accurate data to FP&A teams; and ensure the integrity of our pay plans.
Assist in the administration of our equity programs.
Conduct benefits analyses to improve our offering and support local HR teams on benefits-related projects.
Review internal communication materials to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
Seeking a full-time, 6-month internship starting as soon as possible.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with data: conducting analyses and delivering clear summaries and interpretations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Proactive, curious, eager to learn, highly discreet with confidential information, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
