Deliver and support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, from concept development through execution and benefits realization
Work closely with Head Office teams, regional stakeholders, IT, QSC, and GCC, supporting alignment, transparency, and measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution and clear, structured communication
Contribute to the delivery of the “Undisputed No. 1 for Quality” strategy
Lead/support end-to-end project delivery within assigned scope, from planning and implementation through rollout and post-launch support
Collaborate with IT, Digital, Process Excellence, and other functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions
Manage day-to-day stakeholder communication, addressing issues and supporting alignment
Prepare and support C-level-ready updates and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics, Qlik Sense, and other reporting tools

6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within complex, matrix organizations
Experience delivering projects or workstreams within larger transformation initiatives
Experience in shipping, logistics, or global service environments is an advantage
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation preparation
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable project plans and updates
High level of ownership, reliability, and execution focus
Detail-oriented, resilient, and outcome-focused mindset
