Manage team capacity and skills planning
Develop and take ownership of system verification and integration plans in close collaboration with development teams
Define clear acceptance criteria for system requirements
Create and execute detailed test cases to validate systems, hardware, and software
Lead the overall validation and verification strategy

Degree in engineering (software, computer science, electrical engineering, or electronics) or another relevant technical field
At least seven years of hands-on testing experience in Automotive ADAS
Experience leading initiatives and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams
Practical experience in verification and validation of safety-critical systems according to ISO 26262
Strong hands-on programming and scripting skills in C++ and Python, or another language commonly used in this domain
Hands-on experience developing test automation and executing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests
Solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN and Ethernet
Thorough knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their core concepts
Practical experience with ASPICE and agile development methodologies
Practical experience with simulation platforms such as CARLA and middleware like ROS2 is a plus
Experience or familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR and the QNX operating system
