Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Requirements
Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
2+ years' proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
Basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook.
Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA)
