Role Overview
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond promptly to intake leads.
- Ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided.
- Conduct initial client intakes with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Track and report intake activity during slower call periods.
- Qualify leads using a sales-minded approach.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
Requirements
- Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time PST
- Work Schedule: Full time aligned with PST business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong English proficiency written and verbal
- Ability to manage approximately 45+ calls per day
- Comfortable handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Capable of switching between call handling and administrative reporting during slower periods.
