Manages strategic high-impact accounts, partnerships, programs, or initiatives
Partners with internal and external business leaders to envision, define, and initiate creative solutions
Provides direction and guidance to key internal and external stakeholders
Develops roadmaps/implementation plans to achieve creative vision
Establishes and manages the governance structure for the vision and strategic plan
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, financial, and technical performance of strategic plans
Participates in the development of the budget, financial projections, and forecasted ROI
Aids in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
Works with stakeholders to ensure plans are completed on time and within budget
Acts as a leader to build an effective matrixed team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in strategic account management for key complex customers
Proven ability to navigate complex situations through organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams
Ability to drive results through informal authority, serve as a consultant to key business partners, and represent customers in every thought and interaction
Proven ability to successfully manage risks/issues through quality decision-making and problem solving
Ability to elicit cooperation from internal cross-enterprise senior management as well as external customers
Demonstrates ability to be a decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues, risks, and rewards
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
