Serve as a liaison between Business and IT to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
Support systems and initiatives such as agent email provisioning, record retrievals, agent texting, and APEX (agency CRM).
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Assist in business case development, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope definition.
Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation.
Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training activities.
Develop process maps, functional specifications, and preliminary systems design documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to prioritize and deliver capabilities.
Conduct quality reviews on project deliverables and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Research and investigate system issues, compliance requests, and technical requirements.

3+ years of experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technology support, or a related field.
Knowledge in Insurance is a plus
Bachelors Degree
User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Agile methodology.
Process mapping and impact analysis.
