Role Overview
- Drive the development and execution of the global value and evidence generation strategy for Brepocitinib
- Support coordination of input from global and country teams on evidence needs
- Lead the review, interpretation, and translation of clinical trial outputs
- Contribute to the design, execution, and oversight of HV&E studies
- Develop and maintain global value narratives and evidence deliverables
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure evidence strategy is positioned to support access upon launch
Requirements
- Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
- 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields
- Demonstrated depth of understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects involving significant budget
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
- Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs efficiently
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
