Senior Manager, HTA, Value and Evidence – Solid Tumors

Role Overview

• Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and analysis plans
• Develop and execute the clinical outcomes assessment strategy
• Help to develop and execute the Value & Evidence Strategy (VES)
• Lead the design and execution of global HEOR studies
• Lead the timely development of reimbursement deliverables
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate customer-facing dissemination of HEOR materials
• Develop strategic partnerships and research collaborations with key external experts, healthcare policy makers, payers, and various academic and community oncology settings

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MSc, MPH) in HEOR-relevant field such as health services research, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy administration/pharmaceutical policy, or other research-focused public health field
• Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant fields preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience with PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS/MPH
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in early development, clinical trials, patient reported outcomes, and real world study design and implementation is desirable
• Demonstrated understanding of fundamental health services research methods (e.g., health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research study design, database analyses, epidemiology, and statistics)
• Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
• Strong project management abilities (e.g., contracting, budgeting, vendor management) essential
