Role Overview
Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and analysis plans
Develop and execute the clinical outcomes assessment strategy
Help to develop and execute the Value & Evidence Strategy (VES)
Lead the design and execution of global HEOR studies
Lead the timely development of reimbursement deliverables
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate customer-facing dissemination of HEOR materials
Develop strategic partnerships and research collaborations with key external experts, healthcare policy makers, payers, and various academic and community oncology settings
Requirements
Master’s degree (MSc, MPH) in HEOR-relevant field such as health services research, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy administration/pharmaceutical policy, or other research-focused public health field
Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant fields preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience with PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD
Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS/MPH
Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in early development, clinical trials, patient reported outcomes, and real world study design and implementation is desirable
Demonstrated understanding of fundamental health services research methods (e.g., health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research study design, database analyses, epidemiology, and statistics)
Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers
Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
