Manage large, cross-functional projects as specified by FMS initiatives
Support proofs-of-concepts (POC’s) to enact new processes, tools, and technologies in Ryder Maintenance locations
Provide Project Management standards and artifacts, liaise between stakeholders, ensure scope, measurement, documentation, communication/training, and feedback forums
Facilitate brainstorming/ideation events, Value Stream process mapping events, and Kaizen/improvement events to discover improvement opportunities
Participate in IT-related activities across the scope of assigned projects and POC’s
Support the FMS Transformation Office across the scope of assigned projects and POC’s
Manage the preparation and dissemination of quality management data analysis or reports across the scope of assigned projects for use by Maintenance Operations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems, Operations or Business
5 years or more in Experience in Project, Process or Operations Management
5 years or more in Experience in planning and executing full life cycle DMAIC or PDCA projects and Lean
Kaizen events
5 years or more in Experience in TQM, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement practices
3 years or more in Experience in implementing advanced data tools, predictive analytics, or embedding AI-enhancements within operational environments
3 years or more in Experience in Transportation Industry or Maintenance Management
3 years or more in Experience with telematics, diagnostics, or mobility/untethered tools
3 years or more in Experience managing vendor relationships for technology solutions
Microsoft Office/Teams Suite with emphasis on collaboration and embedded AI Intermediate
Project Management Methodologies and Tools/Software Intermediate
Data Visualization Tools (PowerBI, Tableau) Intermediate
