Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information for pods
Ensure project deadlines are met and within budget
Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

6+ years of relevant experience as IT PM
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a Scrum environment (typically 5+ years)
Strong facilitation skills
Excellent servant-leadership and coaching abilities
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
Experience removing impediments and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Scrum
