Role Overview
- Leading the development and management of systems & integration strategy, in consultation with COO and Tech practice bringing alignment of internal and externally facing tech
- Lead the delivery of key projects to add automation and AI to business-critical processes
- Create and maintain the central systems register as the system of record for all business technology, tools and applications and automate same
- Contribute to the DR/BC and manage it in conjunction with the Head of Operational Compliance
- Work with the parent company on all cyber related matters and provide assurance on mitigating risks
- Lead on the client security & policy management – define and implement policy & process for ensuring we understand data & cyber governance on client accounts, and have the right policy & procedures in place e.g. AI usage policies
- Administer and automate, wherever possible, user access, roles, and permissions across business systems
- Manage licenses in line with joiner, mover, and leaver processes and use this data to rationalise systems where possible
Requirements
- Expertise and experience in understanding business process mapping and ability to re-imagine manual, repeatable tasks with an AI/automation lens bringing about a human centred outcome that achieves efficiency
- Critical thinking with a curiosity to understand the problem to be solved
- Solutions focused with experience and expertise in identifying, specifying and designing AI/Automation led outcomes
- Experience of leading a SharePoint implementation
- Evidence based stakeholder management
- Evidence based skills in leading complex or multiple projects
- A growth mindset
- AI curious and ready to embrace opportunities
Desirable Skills/Experiences:
- Knowledge and/or experience of the AI/Tech/Consulting industry and the challenges it faces
- Strong tech enabled continuous improvement career history that demonstrates a lifelong learning approach to an ever changing landscape
- Use case of reengineering business processes through automation and/or the use of AI
- Experience of leading tech integration projects
