To establish and maintain a portfolio of projects in order to support the PMO implementation of major business, tactical and strategic change into operational areas
To work cross-functionally and be the primary responsible person for delivering assigned projects, working for the Business Accountable Executive
For each assigned project and change, to create a virtual project team comprising internal and external staff and suppliers and to set direction for the team
To define deliverables required to support the delivery of assigned projects and changes, to ensure that the ownership of deliverables is clearly assigned and that the required deliverables are produced to the agreed standard of quality – within the specified constraints of cost and time
Coordination and management of external suppliers where appropriate
Responsible for managing and delivery of central projects ‘from cradle to grave’
To define and own the end-to-end delivery of the changes and projects
Requirements
Solid experience as a Project Manager on end-to-end deliveries (Initiation to Implementation)
Expert level in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Able to manage multiple projects and small change items concurrently
Third Party Supplier delivery management – monitoring costs, quality and timelines
Must be able to work at a fast pace, independently and take ownership of issues & provide and manage solutions
