directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities

oversee and approve all production operations
communicate effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments
manage financial budgets and authorize facility purchasing
provide monthly production analysis and present data to the Finance team
unlock innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations
interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organization
provide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team
ensure a culture of accountability at all levels of the organization
drive results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics)
follow sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
actively seek ways to improve all aspects of the business
collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures
Requirements
proficient in data analysis and other inventory management systems

Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company

Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.
