You are responsible for achieving sales targets with customers in the DACH region
You expand your network through targeted and strategic acquisition activities, respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and develop proposals for customers
You act as a consultative partner for our customers, understand their individual challenges, and support them with strategic solutions from our Genomics portfolio
You serve as a technical expert for our Applied Genomics portfolio and support customers with in-depth product and application knowledge
You work closely with customers to understand their scientific challenges and recommend suitable solutions
You collaborate with internal teams such as R&D and Marketing to ensure smooth implementation of technical solutions
You conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and trainings to showcase the capabilities of our Genomics solutions
You keep abreast of current developments and trends in genomics, proteomics, and biologics to advise customers with the latest knowledge
Requirements
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with genomics, proteomics, or biologics workflows, and a solid understanding of laboratory techniques and applications
Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Results-oriented, motivated personality with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to succeed in an international environment and identify new opportunities
