Primary expert for retention and activation of existing customers in the DACH region
Increase the commercial value of the community through global strategies with a local focus
Coordinate collaboration between the Global Lifecycle team and local market teams
Use global data to monitor retention performance in the DACH market
Feed local market insights back to the global team to optimize customer retention
Develop targeted initiatives for the DACH market
Run pilot projects to validate new approaches and ensure consistent impact
Own core retention KPIs and accurate tracking
Act as the voice of our community in the DACH region

At least two years of professional experience in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing
Ideally experience in a DTC environment or at companies with recurring revenue models (e.g., subscriptions)
Deep understanding of customer
and finance-related metrics
Highly data-driven with strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau or Amplitude
Ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights
Structured problem-solving approach and dynamic prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Proactive self-starter with high ownership
Confident and professional fluency in German and English
