Senior Analyst, Health Care QM

Role Overview

• Subject Matter Expert in HEDIS improvement work
• Supports abstraction teams during Supplemental and Hybrid Seasons
• Develops, documents, and trains colleagues on abstraction processes
• Assists manager with tracking and reporting of key metrics
• Conducts claims research to identify and close HEDIS gaps in care

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years medical record abstraction
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Electronic Medical Records systems
• Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications (Microsoft Office Applications and QuickBase)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
