Develop and execute strategic communication plans
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and distribute engaging content
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other promotional activities
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives
Stay informed about relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Travel may be required (approx. 15%)

7+ years' experience in provider-facing operations, sales-facing operations, strategic partnership development, member experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with communication tools and platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities
Ability to effectively translate complex business workflows & processes in plain language
Exhibits high curiosity, a coaching mindset, and a passion for stakeholder experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
