Architect, build, and evolve scalable, reusable, and secure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
Integrate deployment pipelines with change-management and compliance systems.
Administer package and container registries and facilitate developer interactions.
Collaborate on building secure, repeatable deployment templates targeting GCP services.
Create CI/CD templates and self-service automation to help product engineering teams.
Embed static analysis and test gates directly into merge request pipelines.
Diagnose and resolve complex build, runner, caching, and deployment issues.
Author clear, accessible developer playbooks, architectural diagrams, and migration guides.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical, hands-on experience.
2+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or full-stack development with hands-on exposure to CI/CD.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Javascript, along with shell scripting (Bash).
Solid foundation in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, IAM role bindings, and VPC service controls.
Hands-on experience with GitLab, including branching strategies, GitLab CI YAML, matrix builds, and custom runner configuration in production-grade environments.
Solid understanding of Terraform configuration and state management.
Knowledge of Docker, including multi-stage builds, layer caching, and image optimization.
Hands-on experience working with binary/package registry ecosystems such as NPM, PyPI, Docker, or Helm.
