Define methodologies (Hybrid: Agile + Waterfall), implement performance KPIs, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance processes (SOX / LGPD
Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Maintain strict control of budgets (CapEx / OpEx), milestone-based billing, P&L analysis, and direct reporting to executive committees (COMEX).
Serve as a facilitator between technical and business areas, managing expectations and mitigating risks in high-pressure and digital transformation environments.
Lead and develop teams of consultants, developers, and data specialists, promoting agile rituals (Scrum, PI Planning).

Minimum 15 years in IT project management, with proven experience at large companies and international-scale projects.
Technical and methodological certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional).
Agile certifications: PSM I, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
Security and governance certifications: ISO 27001, ITIL, or certifications related to LGPD / Data Privacy.
Advanced proficiency with tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, and SAP Activate.
Deep knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS) and data architecture.
Advanced / fluent English (required for reporting and global projects); Spanish is desirable.
